Get your policy schedule

HDFC ERGO shares the full policy wording and policy copy through their WhatsApp assistant. You need the Policy Copy (schedule with sum insured, room rent, waiting periods) — not just the certificate cover page.

  1. 1Open WhatsApp and message HDFC ERGO (+91 7028216161). Save the contact if prompted.
  2. 2From the menu, tap Policy Documents.
  3. 3Select Policy Wording and Policy Copy. Download the PDF when the bot sends it.
  4. 4Keep the PDF handy — the next step uploads it so we can extract sum insured, room rent caps, co-pay, and waiting periods.
